How is is possible that Germany and Japan, two nations that suffered complete social, political and economic destruction in World War II can come out of their misery with the most vibrant societies on earth while others, Haiti being one of many, are unable or perhaps unwilling to find the means to brush aside the rubble of several collapsed buildings to emerge with at least their dignity intact?

What an impact. Very graphic footage of the situation in Haiti after the earthquake. Quite disturbing at times but gives a great understanding of Haiti's people, government and history and how it all impacts attempts to send aid to the Haitian people.
