Add a CommentI wanted to like this book. It read smoothly, it had tidbits of historical knowledge and geographical inquiry. However, the narrator's dalliances with prostitutes and occasionally offensive viewpoints made it really difficult to want to keep reading his words. Halfway into the book, I just didn't want to continue anymore. I'm sure the rest of it was an interesting view into Korea, I just wish it was done by someone else.
